United KingdomWe were a family group including my 8 year old grandson. The hotel is clean, comfortable and extremely relaxed. There are footballs and other outdoor toys in the foyer which you can use. Trampoline outside too which kept Joe happy. The breakfast is really good with a variety of food.

We were quite disappointed during the time of check-in as we were not given a room based upon our booking. The hotel gave us three rooms to look at and pick from and we insisted on the room we initially booked. Finally we were alloted a room that was comfortable.
