What truly stood out to me was the incredible variety of restaurants within the hotel, each offering its own unique ambiance and delicious cuisine. I also absolutely loved the golf and padel tennis areas; it was such a treat to have those activities right on-site. And the spa… just wow! Couldn’t be better, we had an issue because of the airline we lost one of our night, but happily all the team of the hotel took care of us we didn’t even felt sad as much as everything was perfect. 1- Friendly Staff: (They are treating us like family not guests) - Malaine, superb welcoming and has helped us room services locations for my family. - Vinaye, cheerful guy and always around for giving best services in beach, swimming pool, restaurant and provide refreshments all the times with no issues. ((Best of the best)) - Soon, give us special offers and wonderful occasions with my family during breakfast, launch, and dinner. He pays attention on every request even it's not in the menu he'll bring it to you. Really appreciated. - Anish, very responsive and will sort out for any issues in the room even he was welling to change room locations when got some maintenance noise around the room. - Norbir, all concierge services has met my needs in renting car, taxi, and even he bring us a specialist doctor to our son when he was sick. 2- the rooms and beach locations are lovely and clean air with little cold breeze which is best atmosphere during summer. 3- many activities for the family Kids club, golf, tennis, ski boats, gym, bicycle, swimming pool, swim beach.

I loved everything, from the room to the amazing staff welcoming you. The activities complementary with the stay were completely unexpected and filled our days with joy and fun. The location was stunning with nature and architecture perfectly complementing each other. But, above all, the staff played the biggest role: everyone was so helpful, kind and smiley - after eating at the Kushi restaurant our waiter came out just to greet us, and this really warmed our hearts.
