Staff was above and beyond amazing. Facility is gorgeous, spacious and pleasing to the eyes. We always enjoy the food at waters edge, ponto lago and ember ant rye. I wasn’t thrilled with the fish and chips at pacific point. But husband loved the buns and the kids enjoyed their food

The Welks was great, we would happily stay there again. We enjoyed the pools, slides and playgrounds. Our room was large enough to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The in room deck could be cleaner but everything else was good.

Girl on check in was lovely, even tho the door handle lifts up to open (never seen that before). Whole experience was lovely. Nice people, great locations
