Kindness, genuine care, and thoughtful attention — the hallmarks of this remarkable team. Every detail — from the morning coffee to the breathtaking views and perfect location — exceeded all expectations. When I return to Geneva, there is no question: this is the only place I will stay. A true gem. And the most gracious, elegant hosting team I’ve ever encountered. They even arranged a private boat tour and personally ensured I reached the other side of the lake in comfort and style. Choosing this hotel was the best decision I could have made. My warmest recommendations — with all my heart. I only regret one thing: I left in such a rush, I didn’t leave a tip. It weighs on me. Please accept my sincere apologies. Next time, my gratitude will be expressed both personally — and generously.

Tento 4hvězdičkový hotel s výhledem na krásný park Parc des Eaux-Vives a Ženevské jezero se nachází ve velké zrekonstruované vile z 18. století, necelé 2 km od centra Ženevy. Outstanding location, Outstanding Property, Outstanding People! For me this is easily the best place in Geneva from where you could explore everything you may wish to see, especially if you have family. The property is located inside this huge but serene park which is just lovely for adults and children alike, Then the bus stop in front of the property can connect you anywhere, also the Mouette access to cross the lake at your will is fantastic. The view of the lake and mountain was brilliant from the room, the restaurant and the Patio. But perhaps the most important aspect was the people there. The staff were amazingly helpful and I MUST have a special mention for the lady at the front desk (I think her name was Alice Hunolt), I cant describe how amazingly helpful, considerate, sincere and responsive she was all the time. Every time we went to her for something, she would be to the point, very polite and also looked out to help a bit more than we asked. People like her are the biggest asset and I also thank the other staff who helped and guided us when we sought something. All in all, it was an excellent stay and we do hope to return to this place when visiting Geneva again.
