Loved this hotel - spotlessly clean, comfy beds and great shower, and we were lucky enough to have a room with a balcony overlooking the Matterhorn. Short walk to the centre of town and to the bus route. How could it be any better? The food in the restaurant was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Food selection was superb. Spa (and onsen) was amazing as well. Regret not staying here for more nights.
