The staff is friendly and helpful and always ready to assist. The room is very clean. The garden of the hotel is amazing The breakfast is extremely good and varied, tasty and is good for gluten free. Grandhotel Pupp is an impressive hotel with a tradition dating back to 1701, located in the historical center of Karlovy Vary, 300 meters from the spa colonnade. Amazing hotel, one of the best I've ever stayed in. Room was large, well equipped, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Loved the rainfall shower and the hotel branded toiletries. Restaurant was fantastic, 7 course evening meal was worth it. Breakfast was tasty, although it can get busy on the weekend. Most important aspect of any hotel are the staff; everyone was extremely polite and very helpful. In front of the hotel there are brass cobbles with names of famous guests. It's fun to search through the variety of names; ranging from Peter the Great to Keira Knightley.

Housed in a renovated Art Nouveau building from 1899, the Hotel Romance is situated in the spa centre of Karlovy Vary, close to the Hot Geyser Spring and the Market Colonnade. Great location! Very helpful staff helped us park during the triathlon. Could see the magic show from the window. Dinner was great and breakfast was nice too.

Very nice and good hotel! Everything is there, you can cook your own food. Also the biggest plus is that there is parking. If there is a chance to be in Karlovy Vary again, then only the Leopold hotel!
