This 4-star-superior hotel in Baden-Baden offers spacious suites, rooms with free high-speed internet, underground parking and a business centre. The hotel is located close to the center of baden-baden (6-7 minutes by walk). The staff are very friendly specially Pascal who was very welcoming and spend good time explaining the details of the hotel and the city. Rooms are very clean, quite and spacious and the bed was very comfy. The 1st fill of the minibar is completely free and they provide complimentary water on a daily basis. The hotel is close to the main train station too (12 minutes by car) and you get a taxi once you exit the station. The hotel also helped me get a taxi to the station and have helped me book the tickets for the train by showing me the app required to do so. The cost of the room is worth the value of the room and is very reasonable. I forgot an item in the room and the hotel called me to inform me and offered me the option to send it to me (free within Germany and with additional cost to my original county) which is a plus for this hotel. Highly recommend this hotel in baden-baden.

I was in the middle of a long trip, I arrrived late and they waited for me and helped me with all that I needed. Location is amazing. Everything is new and of good taste. Breakfast was a treat. In the room gifts that you can enjoy. I recommend it, go and try it for yourself.

Additionally, despite being in a popular area, the apartments provide peace and quiet, which was a huge plus. Everything was incredibly clean, both the rooms and the common areas.
