Aisling and Leo are perfect hosts and have really created a beautiful luxury space for couples or small groups to enjoy. The setting is so pretty and private yet very well situated close to restaurants, shops and the local tourist trail. We cannot wait to come back.

I was there for the irish Derby (5 nights stay) and it was perfect for that purpose. If I ahd a rental car as opposed to using a hit and miss taxi service it would be 15/10

We would definitely recommend staying at Kilkea Castle if you are visiting Ireland

The restaurant offers award-winning fine dining, and Dublin’s centre and Airport are both 30 minutes’ drive away. Lovely building...our room was a terrific size with really comfortable 4 poster bed & a great shower. Nice looking bar & staff. Garden Bar Restaurant was very nice & the food was superb..all 3 courses! The Pork Belly main was the best we have had anywhere, terrific calamari & chicken wing starters & wonderful chocolate & sour cherry cake & citrus posset desserts.
