I have no words to describe the exceptional customer service we received at this Riad. Rashid and his team are absolutely amazing in everything and every way. We felt we were staying in a five star hotel. I have not seen this level of customer service any where in all my travels.

The house itself is beautiful, the hall, the breakfast area are authentic and also has a lot of space. Our "little" room was actually perfect for 2 people, so don't be afraid to reserve the small-sized room :) Clean bathroom, clean room, glasses and bottle of water in the room. About 200 m walk from the parking lot. The riad is very close to the main square, an easy walk to explore the city.

I stayed only one night and wish it could have been longer. The location and vibe is so peaceful and beautiful, everything very clean, the comfiest hotel bed I’ve slept in in a while, lovely staff and excellent breakfast! I would definitely come back.

Riad Jnan El Cadi is located in Marrakech. WiFi access is available. The riad is 600 metres from Djemaa El Fna square and from Marrakech Old Medina. The personnel is awesome. The service we received from all the staff could not be better. The brakefast is so good and you will always be offered mint tea no matter the time. The location is also nice.

It has a very nice location - very central, yet very quiet. The main street and the taxi area is reachable within 3 minutes. I would definitely recommend it!

The place is very cosy and tucked away, once you step in you feel like you are whisked away. The rooms are comfy and beautifully decorated and clean.

Situated a 5-minute walk from Jamaâ El Fna Square, this Moroccan riad features a rooftop terrace with sun beds, a plunge pool and a lounge with a TV and books. Car rental is available on site. Central location, inside spice market, all staff were friendly and helpful and really look after their guests by picking up from square and one staff would take you to book taxi to make sure it is the right one. Would recommend.
