Absolutely Stunning Stay – Feeling Like Home This place is truly remarkable. I feel completely at home here. We spent a week in the second-floor apartment, which offers breathtaking views of the ocean — we didn’t miss a single sunset, and each one was more beautiful than the last. We also enjoyed a week in the first-floor apartment, which boasts an incredible terrace. Everything inside is so comfortable and thoughtfully equipped — the kitchen has absolutely everything we could possibly need. Next week, we will be staying another week in the ground-floor apartment, which promises its own romantic vibe with direct access to the pool. I can already imagine the relaxing moments ahead. Johanna, the host, cares for us with such warmth and attention — it’s truly extraordinary. With my extensive travel experience, I can honestly say I’ve never encountered such a warm and welcoming reception before. Aurelie, you are the sweetest girl — thank you so much for all your help and kindness. This place has truly become a special retreat for us, and I can’t recommend it enough! And the location absolutely perfect-everything is nearby.

Well-equipped kitchen. The host takes care of his guests. Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels every 3 days. I will definitely come back!

Le Gite du Bonheur Guest House & Car Rental se nachází na západním pobřeží ostrova Mauricius v Tamarinu, na úpatí oblíbené hory La Tourelle a 5 minut jízdy od pláže Tamarin Bay. Everything was perfect for a guesthouse. Room was clean n serviced daily .The guesthouse itself has very positive vibes - warm colours with lots of wooden installation.Big pool. We enjoyed using the kitchen to prepare our meals.

Had everything we needed and was such good value for money. The location was brilliant, as it's very close to Le Morne and Tamarin, but it's in a less touristy village. Lots of shops and great restaurants nearby. The host was also very helpful and friendly, and it was great to have the apartment cleaned every day, as we brought in a lot of sand!
