I stayed at Asgard Resort for a week and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The accommodation was spotless, super comfortable, and modern. The team was incredibly welcoming and helpful — I even made some great friends during my time here. The gym is fully equipped with everything you need for serious training, and the recovery area with the ice bath and sauna became part of my daily routine. I highly recommend staying at Asgard — they truly go out of their way to make your experience the best it can be.

This place was an absolute gem just outside the noisy heart of general luna. If you’re planning to surf, it’s a few steps from tuason. The villa was perfect for the two of us and the bed was very comfortable. Cristel was incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay. She coordinated our airport transfer, a massage, and cleaning when we needed. Though most of the island runs on typical island time, cristel was so punctual and genuine. We would definitely stay here again!

We were attended to very well. The staff took care and went over and beyond to fulfill our needs. The location is near the Tuktuk, so it’s very easy to go around. The rooms were clean and comfortable. And they had a generator so even when there were power interruptions, our rooms were unaffected.

Upon arrival my friends and I were kindly greeted by the host and reception team in a manner that we could not have been more grateful for. We were shown around the villa and were told to make ourselves as comfortable as we possible, whilst being offered a lovely complementary snack and drink. The bar was full of a range of food and drink which we had access to through payment and these were renewed after every day that we had used them. Throughout our entire stay we had contact with the hosts via WhatsApp messages, with very quick responses and through this contact we were able to book tours, motorbikes, taxis, takeaway food and have any other questions we needed answered regarding nightlife and restaurant recommendations. In the evening, a list of breakfast choices were offered to us and the following morning breakfast was freshly prepared for each of us and at different times if we each chose to awaken at separate times. My friends and I were simply blown away by this level of hospitality. On the second day of my journey I had an unfortunate accident on a motorbike but the host was extremely helpful in arranging a taxi driver to accompany me all day as I journeyed to the doctors, hospitals and pharmacies over the course of a day. Despite the inconvenience this caused me on my trip, the villa and hospitality of the host and reception team made Siargao a travel destination that will forever stand out in my mind and is now a place I am determined to return to and partly so that I can spend longer than 3 days at this villa!

About 10/15 minutes from General Luna. Other beautiful beaches around. The staff is so friendly! Good food, free water refill. Everything was super!
