This hotel truly exceeded all expectations. Not only was it very modern and immaculate, but it was also tastefully decorated, making for a very pleasant atmosphere. The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the necessary amenities including a mini-fridge and coffee capsules for use in the lobby's coffee machine. The bathroom was particularly beautiful, with a sleek, modern design. The staff was extremely helpful, with the receptionist going above and beyond to provide us with information about nearby parking options (you can actually park for free in the spots around the hotel) and transportation to the city center, as well as recommendations for local pintxos restaurants. The hotel's location, while a bit outside of the city center, provided a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the crowded streets, making it a perfect choice for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Villa Birdie is like staying in a very flash hotel without the price tag. The level of finishes and fittings is all first-rate, breakfast very good and owner Bianca is generous with recommendations, particularly for eating and bars. Parking on property a bonus.

Responsive and helpful host, Luis. We had a seamless check-in and we found the place very nice and clean and very good location. It is near the E21 bus station. L
