We very liked the location. It’s 500m away from the beach. Everything is on code so you don’t need keys. Room was top. Better than pictures. Bathroom was so big and also balcony. Bed is comfortable and easy to sleep. If i come back to Alicante i come back to this for sure. Centre of Alicante is 10minutes away with car so its close. Beaches are better here than in center of Alicante. For the beach you need umbrella because there’s no shadow to hide from sun but luckily they provide us with one so big plus. Stuff is super friendly. And also it was very quiet and perfect to rest. Parking is free everywhere in Spain. There are alot of empty spaces in front of apartmant.

Gloria is a wonderful hostess, she met us, accommodated us, very kind and nice. The room is comfortable, the bed is comfortable, the place is quiet, the sea is 15 minutes at a leisurely pace, there are many shops, restaurants and bars on the coast.

We stayed here for a week. The apartment was really clean, quiet, and well decorated in a good area with good access to the bus. 15min to the city by bus. Very nice and quiet beach just 5 minutes away from the apartment (walking distance). Or 30 minutes walk to one of the best Alicante beaches - San Juan🤩you can also take the bus, but we enjoyed the walk. The staff is not on the site but is very helpful by the phone and responds very quickly to any queries you might have. They also left some board games to children, which was really nice. The only thing that I didn't like was the pillow and mattress. It was too firm/ hard. I personally prefer a softer bed and pillow. But that's me. I always say I will take my own pillow wherever I go, haven't done that yet, but will do 🤣 would I book again if I go to Alicante ? Yes, I would :) Thank you for a lovely staff that ensured we had a lovely stay and always stayed in touch to ensure everything was ok and if we needed anything.

This was a lovely place at an excellent location. Close to almost all the sights and restaurants. Not far from the beach either. Nice (but tiny) balcony to sit and watch the people.

Absolutely comfortable, brand new, modern, spotless clean accommodation. I loved everything about it. I am extremely allergic to mold and dust and I slept like a baby :-)

The room 202 was clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. We had two little balconies with a view of the cathedral. We could make our own tea/coffee and there were little treats left in the room each day! We stayed for two nights and would definitely stay longer. The fridge, TV, shower, hairdryer and heating were great. We were not disturbed by any noise from the streets. The location was very central. The room was cleaned daily and the self check in was very convenient with easy instructions to follow. Excellent value for money. The owner is very friendly. Highly recommend.
