Monika was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and always available to help out and answer any questions. The rooms were lovely and comfy and clean, and the breakfast was exceptional. Overall the stay far exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely be recommending to friends and will try and return here next time we're in Bath.

Location and food were amazing. The staff went above and beyond for us. Asking how we are and helping us find places to go. Our bikes were dislocated and we needed a tool to tighten them. One of the staff come out with a tool box to assist. So sweet of them. Thank you!
