The room is very clean and warm. It is basic with a table wardrobe and two plug sockets but this is plenty when outside the room is a decent bathroom with a good size shower and sink. The kitchen area contains everything and more, including a washer and dryer. There is nowhere to store bags or check in early but other than that it's a good place for the night in a relatively quiet street

Basic, small room but all you really need to stay a night. The room was surprisingly quiet given how busy Blackstock Road actually is. Great location with many transportation options and shops/bars/coffee shops within reach, and within walking distance from the Arsenal stadium. The staff was friendly and helpful, thanks Naim!

Our host and property owner, Jenghis welcomed us into his home and made himself available in case we had any problems. There were none. This is a perfect bolt hole for a short stay in London.

The host Lamia was very responsive and check-in as well as check-out were straightforward, uncomplicated and friendly. The Manor House's location was ideal for me as I visited Wembley Stadium for a concert. The house is located within easy walking distance and yet in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. Shops and restaurants are easily accessible. There is a bus station nearby, but trains are also not all too far away. My room was extraordinarily clean and had all the basic amenities plus a tv, and even a live pot plant :). Throughout the house there are little welcoming touches. The shower room with toilet and basin was just across the short passageway. Another thing I appreciated was the variety of appliances: besides the usual kettle and toaster, there was a stove, fridge, microvawe and washing machine in the spacious kitchen (not sure whether I've listed everything). And there were all the accessories one would need to use the appliances, such as shower gel, washing powder, pots and pans, cutlery and crockery, glassware, sponges, etc. The table and chairs provided an option to eat-in. There is a backyard garden for sunny days. Throughout the property I had access to free wi-fi. There is also ample space for parking: at least one in the drivewy, and more along the curb. Lamia is the perfect host and will surely help you with any concerns you may have when visiting her Manor House. I can highly recommend this accommodation and look forward to returning.
