The owner was very friendly, the room was clean, when you need something they respond very quick and it wasn't too loud at night. So overall a pretty nice apartment where everything is reachable by walking for 5-15 Minutes, I would defenitely book it again if I go to Biograd.

The best host I have ever had the privilege to meet! I just love his energy and he made us feel very welcome and at home. Even offered us a late check-out free of charge. The facilities are clean, pretty and comfortable. Lots of beautiful flowers around the house. Quite close to the beach and local stores. It has Wi-Fi (when we were booking, it said it didn't have it)! Will definitely come again!

Very nice apartments. Great location, just 2 minutes to the promenade by the sea. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The apartments have everything you need for a comfortable rest. Spacious and clean. The owners are incredibly friendly and kind people! We are very pleased to recommend!!!

Just a 6-7 min walk from the beach, super comfortable bed and bedding, A/C working perfectly, there is a ceiling fan also, it was clean, there is a small, fully equipped kitchenette but I did not use it at all. A tiny balcony is such a bonus and there is even a rack on the wall for drying your beach towels and swimsuits! Lovely host, great communication with her. Hvala!

Extremely pleasant and friendly staff willing to recommend and help about attractions around the town. Accomodation was very clean and I especially liked that you can find sugar in cupboard :) other guests in the same camp were really pleasant and it loud, so it's a perfect place to stay, rest and have pleasant stay

Had an incredible stay at Apartment Iva. The room size is compact, yet impeccably clean, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. Iva, the host, is extremely amiable and eager to accommodate any request. Additionally, the apartment's location, merely a 5-minute stroll from the center of Pakoštane, is truly convenient. Although regrettably, we only had the opportunity to spend one night.
