The room was comfortable with AC, The bed was also comfy. The bathroom was good and the shower was nice. The host was welcoming and communication was good. There is a supermarket about a five-minute walk away.

Amazing place, Linda and Mario are the best. Clean and homey, very close to the beach and good conection to the old city of Zadar, 5min to the bus station and to the supermarket. Quiet neighborhood. Parking space at the property.

This is the second time we have stayed at this little gem. The location is perfect and easily walkable to restaurants/cafes. There is a mini mart and bakery right next door, so it is really convenient to grab water, etc. There is also a bus stop located beside the mini mart (busses run every hr, but can be quite late!). We waited 30 minutes past the scheduled bus time table and ended up ordering an Uber (Ubers are very cost effective; $6 to go downtown) and about a 10 minute ride). We reserved the superior room overlooking the sea. The view was just spectacular and the beach is a 1 minute walk. Although there is not daily maid service, the staff are very helpful and will replenish/clean whenever you need them to. Just lovely and friendly staff. Loved the quiet (adults only). Very relaxing trip and we WILL be back for a third time!

For the first time, we are truly speechless. This really was the most beautiful, well-kept and comfortable accommodation we have ever stayed in. Everything is tastefully decorated, extremely clean and tidy. The apartment has a large and well-equipped kitchen! We will remember the morning coffee on the terrace with a wonderful view of the sea for a long time! There is also a private parking space for the car. The hosts' children are very nice, responded to all our wishes and left a very positive impression on us. A great family business! We will be back at the next opportunity.

Very clean, new furniture and appliances. Very well stocked with amenities, which really contributed to comfort and spare me a few trips to shop. Owner is just the sweetest and super friendly and we will definitely come back again.

We loved the hosts. They were very very friendly and spoke to us. We love it when the host is at the property as we love talking to people. The hosts also gave us lovely grapes from their garden!
