The hotel is well-located and not far from Yogyakarta city center which is quite busy. We appreciated the quietness and the place (the view on rice fields is amazing). The room we had was comfy and clean. Robert is a friendly host and is always available when needed and very arranging. I also enjoyed the discussions I had with him and learning about his life! It really felt like we were at home.

It's a very nice boutique cottage, like a small resort, very suitable for family with kids who want to have a playground or play around the pool area. I have a very comfy room, close to nature I would say. The French owner and the staff were all very helpful. The staff supported me to open the door in early morning so I could go for a sunrise tour. The staff were amazing. The hospitality of staff in Indonesia is amazing. Little things like when we left, one of the staff offered to fill my kids water bottles for the journey without prompting. Very caring. Or after the kids had been swimming they offered us a drying rack without prompting. Breakfast for the kids was great; either omlette, toast or pancakes. Cereal was available 24/7. The pool was available 24/7, with lighting overnight. Honestly amazing hotel and staff, so great value too. They were very accomodating with us on our check out day even though they were fully booked that night.
