Great location. Spacious room with character and french doors to a balcony. Staff were friendly and helpful with good sightseeing advise and they efficiently organise airport transport Breakfast was good and especially impressed with a packed breakfast when we were leaving early for a flight.

The property is located in a very peaceful area but still within 25 minutes walking distance of the city centre. Deric was a great host, very welcoming and helpful and the best in 6 years travelling in India. He sent us recommendations on what to do and made sure we had everything we needed. A very good breakfast was served across the road in Soul Curry and Deric was there each morning to make sure we were well looked after. Our room was very comfortable and spacious with a private entrance. The sleeping area was on a mezzanine level with the bathroom and a small kitchen area on the ground floor. There was a lovely shaded balcony accessible from the mezzanine.

Very beautiful spacious rooms in an authentic building. Spacious terras to relax and enjoy the evening. Staff was super welcoming, very friendly and helpfull. Good location, 10 min walk to center of Panjim, would highly recommend!
