Everthing was perfect,apartment is facing to ferarri factory(big plus if you are a car guy or girl :D),3 min walk to ferarri museum and 5 min to fiorano test track. Owner left snacks,coffee,tea and water in apartment for us.

The family was super nice we checked in late but as soon as we got there they answered the door and showed us to our room it 88 for 2 beds for one night and we got a full apartment with kitchen living room and dining room could not have asked for a better stay after a long day

everything was perfect . new rooms with a roof terrace and a great bathroom . everything was so clean and the staff was so unbelievably friendly. We stayed at this property during our son's stay at the tennis academy in Sassuolo and highly recommend it. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped. There was free parking at the building and a short distance away was an extremely good restaurant owned by the same owner and serving delicious Italian cuisine. Breakfast was available from 6 am. The staff at the property was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely use this property again.

We arrived at midnight and the indications for check-in were really simple and easy to access. Someone from the restaurant nearby helped us find the parking place, people were really nice. Comfortable room, with everything we needed. Perfect for those who visit Maranello and the area.
