Extremely friendly and helpful staff! They speak very good English and even organized an Onsen visit for me and another guest on the same day. The guest house is super cozy and it’s very nice to relax in the common area with the tatami floors. The guest house is located very close to Hakone open air museum, so it’s easy to reach by bus.

It's a nice, comfortable place with a bar. You can order food and drinks there, but you're also welcome to bring your own and enjoy them on-site. It's conveniently located near the bus stop. The owners are really friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I liked it a lot and would have definitely stayed longer if I hadn't already planned my trip.

Great location, easy check in and check out. Great for an overnight stay to make a Hakone trip less stressful. The bar attached to it was lovely as well, and staff was friendly and accommodating. Had a lot of fun! If we ever come back to Hakone we'd surely stay here again :)
