AMAZING! What really made our stay special were the owners. The couple is incredibly kind and helpful. They communicate fluently using a translation machine into English (or another language of your choice), which worked perfectly! The house was very clean, and their enthusiasm for Mount Fuji is contagious. The location is excellent: close to a huge supermarket with both Western and local products. Truly a fantastic supermarket! Also within walking distance are an Alfamart, bike rental, and the lake. On our last evening, we wanted to have a BBQ in the front yard, and the owners arranged it for us. They even joined us for a while, and we had a great time laughing and enjoying each other's company. The owner has a great sense of humor and we felt right at home. These people have hearts of gold and the location is fantastic! Highly recommended. Thank you for everything. We wanted to stay longer, but unfortunately, it was fully booked.

The lady who ran it was super nice, and she made our stay more enjoyable. The public chat was also really nice, and I liked that you reserved the bath for your group, so you don't have to share with strangers.

Owners were very welcoming. I had some trouble on the way there and they offered to pick me up. I ended up not needing it, but it was very much appreciated.

The location was great. A minute walk to the lake and 3 minutes walk to the bus stops. The owner was very friendly and helped guests to solve their problems. This is the most friendly hotel I've had during my stay in Japan. And a super plus, the owner speaks English! :)
