Namara is a new place so the rooms and the house is all new and very appealing to stay. Rooms are big comfy and cute. The air con has still the plastic wrapping it up. Feels like this place should be a bit more expensive. Breakfast is for free and actually one of the best we had in this trip.

View is amazing. I had a small balcony facing the mountain and a waterfall. Very peaceful place. This property have a fantastic view. The room is spacious with a modern touch. It also have a A/C, hot water and good WiFi. Price is super reasonable with all the perks. The owners is super friendly, honest, helpful and generous with breakfast and coffee/Tea. His family and the staff is just awesome. His mother taught us how to cook Sri Lanka food and fed us for free. This by far became one of our favorite accommodations. We even became friends with the owner. Book here, you won’t regret!

Friendly and so welcoming, started with reaching out to us via WhatsApp arranging pick up from the train station! Family operated small homestay hotel. Great comfortable rooms with amazing view. We had two rooms since family of five. The homemade breakfast was the best so far during our stay in Sri Lanka! We had assistance with arranging tour around Ella plus transport to southern coast, very pleased with that as well! Safe and comfortable. Can highly recommend this place.

Very nice and super affordable. A/C, a nice bed, clean bathroom, and a lovely breakfast in the morning. The owner lives right next to the rooms so is always available for questions or help. You can walk right down the rail tracks to town.
