It's a place with the most beautiful view of Perast! Marko and his family (I'll miss his grandparents) are wonderful people, very helpful and love to share :) The house is also very close to markets, the beach and great restaurants like Veranda and Underwater Wine Bar. I recommend it to everyone with peace of mind.

Beautiful room, wonderful garden with several romantic places to take a meal or drink. Staff ist polite and helpful. Amazing view over the fjord. The village of Perast is also recommend: very picturesque but less crowded than Kotor.

The place is really great. In the middle of the nature, just near the lake, and with very cute bungalows. But the big plus are the owner, that were the nicest people we met in Monténégro ! You come here to be next to nature, with super cute domestic animals, and try the specialty of the region : fish, meat, wine and rakia!

This was an absolutely incredible place to stay! The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Mirjana was a lovely host who lives downstairs and provided us with fresh fruit, sweets and soda water. Free parking. It's a 4km drive to Kotor town along a windy, narrow road. Definitely recommend staying here.

The studio is nice and quite comfortable. The hosts are nice and the communication ran smoothly. The location is great, you can literally see the sea through the window.

What a wonderful stay! The owners are very helpful from tje minute we booked. Parking is just upstairs and a few steps with luggage. The view from the room was spectacular and we could sit under the trees having lunch. Well equiped communial kitchen with a view. The beds are very comfortable and we woke up with an amzing view over the bay. All in all a wonderful stay!

This is the place where you can relax and not to worry about anything. Amazing hospitality, beautiful place, clean rooms with breathtaking views, close to old town and everything. There is a pool and sun loungers. Delicious breakfast in restaurant just up the corner. It actually exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this place to everyone!
