Our room was sparkling clean, the bed very comfortable and we had a fast wi-fi connection. Room had beautiful view over the valley. The breakfast was delicious and cooked to order perfectly. The staff was very accommodating and multi-lingual. We will stay there again when back in Switzerland next year.

Location is great, easy to find and easy on public transport. Charming authentic hotel with great and clearly very popular restaurant downstairs. Staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable, basic, but we knew that. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent.

There’s a private balcony in our room to watch the night view and the sunrise. I highly recommend this place if you’re driving to visit Lucerne. The room and the shared Bathroom are clean. Nothing to complain about. The selection of the breakfast is less than usual, but it was enough for us.
