Even though I had planned to stay for just one night, I was seriously tempted to extend my trip.not only because of the excellent facilities, but also because of the breathtaking, scenic location. Waking up to such a view felt like a dream. It’s rare to find a place that combines comfort, convenience, and natural beauty so perfectly. If I ever get the chance, I’ll be back for a much longer stay. I will book this stay again for sure.

Source of the Rhine River - Lake Thoma is 15 km from the guest house. Very Easy Check in with the keybox. Parking rugby in front of the hôtel which was practicall. Ben was confortable and bathrooom was practicall as well.

The guest house is 1.5 km from the Andermatt-Sedrun Ski Area and 2.5 km from Gemsstock Ski Area. During the winter season, there is bus going to Andermatt every half hour. Zurich and Lugano are a 1.5-hour drive away. Hospental is a charming little village and Sust Lodge has a great vibe and sense of community. We were on a bicycle tour and appreciated the secure bike garage - with tools! Great breakfast.

Every morning you can enjoy a rich complimentary breakfast buffet before you set out for a great day on the slopes of Andermatt, which is also a very popular destination for Freeriders (ski season from the end of November until mid-April). The hosts were very nice and drove us into Andermatt because there were no restaurants open on a Saturday night in town.
