The free coffee and access to plates and utensils was very nice. Also, towel service and garbage was taken care of every day. It was a nice experience overall for my family. We'd go back again.

Self check-in and check-out were smooth. Underground parking is available for an extra fee. A big plus: breakfast is served at nearby restaurants. On weekends, it's at a bagel place just steps away — it was absolutely amazing: tasty, quick, and included in the room rate! Perfect hotel for these money.

I loved everything about this property: the warm hospitality, the beautiful walking paths around Lake Zurich, the room with a fantastic king-sized bed and luxurious linen bedding, and a breakfast fit for a queen.
