He was very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. When I first arrived late at night, it was such a comfortable feeling coming into this place. It felt very cozy and clean. With towels ready for me and Johan waiting for my arrival to help with my bags. This place is a dream. The views are extraordinary and the tranquility of the vibes was unmatched. I loved the concept of the hostel, with the woodwork to the minimalist design. Breakfast was amazing every morning, made fresh with fruits and eggs and bread, served with options of coffee or tea. I was filled for the whole day! Johan was very kind to me, I even didn't have enough change for the taxi and he lent me a couple of dollars, he also went above and beyond to make sure I got into my cab in time and helped me with my luggage to make sure I was able to catch my bus to leave to another city. He is also very knowledgable about doing any activites in Banos and could help plan your trip. I would recommend this place for anyone needing a place to rest and feel at peace with nature. The sound of the river flowing at night and waking up to it was the best feeling ever. 10/10 would recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.
