There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Beautiful place away from the crowds and bustle of the Côte d’Azur. Lovely owners Laura and Terry who looked after us extremely well. Beautiful breakfasts. Rooms very clean and beds comfortable. Plenty of walkable more affordable restaurants than the bigger towns. This place really delivers the personal touch. I would return in a heartbeat.

Had the studio which was more than spacious with a microwave, small fridge and and kettle. Very comfortable and wonderful decor throughout the whole property

The breakfasts were good with homemade breads, Sweets and jams with perfect cappuccinos!! A very quiet neighborhood and can reach restaurants and waterfront within 10min drive.

From the moment we arrived to Villa Angelus we realized the perfect location of the property. The first thing we like about about Villa Angelus is its breathtaking surroundings. Situated in a tranquil neighborhood, offering a peaceful relief from the energetic city and the beautiful gardens create a serene ambiance, making it an ideal spot to unwind and soak in the Mediterranean sun. The villa's close proximity to the center and to the promenade is another feature. Also the tram and bus is another option. For only 15 euros you can ride any bus and any tram in the city for one entire week. Villa Angelus is perfectly situated as a base for exploring the region. The iconic French Riviera is at your fingertips, with its glamorous towns like Cannes and Monaco just by taking the train in one of the many terminals (the tram or bus will take you there). Villa Angelus offers parking and this is another positive highlight because parking is very expensive in Nice. I also have to mention Delphine. She is a very nice tenant and she will help you with pleasure on anything you need. She speaks perfectly English, Spanish and of course the stunning French language.

This recently renovated guest house is located 12 km from Allianz Riviera Stadium and 12 km from Nice-Ville Train Station. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. The people were very helpful and kind. The view from our room was beautiful.
