Located in a Victorian villa in one of the most beautiful areas on the coast of the Isle of Wight, St Maur is a family run guest house. Free parking is possible on site, and free Wi-Fi is accessible throughout. We have had the best stay at St Maur, from the moment we booked David has been so helpful. Thank you David and team for a wonderful stay. The room was fantastic, we will miss not waking up to that view and a coffee sat with the doors open. An amazing breakfast to set us up everyday, so much choice and all really excellent quality.

The breakfast were super good and delicius! They bring it to the bedroom and you can choose in between manny options! The room is very clean and the bedroom very comfortable and they have absolutely everything you can need, also a phone charger that you can take it and pay it next day They are very welcome and thruswhorthy, they charged us when we did the check out They have a living room for the guests and another room with drinks etc Lot of space to play board games or spend time. Extremely recomended!!! And its allso very close to the center, 5 min walking.

The local sailing club is only 5 minutes away. The charming, historic gorge of Shanklin Chine, established in 1817, is less than half a mile from the property. Trade ferry rates can be arranged with a discount for guests. The moment you go inside you feel at home. Hotel himself in a wonderful location, breakfast was amazingly fresh and delicious and nothing missed. Very close by walk to restaurants, pubs, beach, old town, shinklin shine etc… the owners are truly amazing peoples. Deborah and Brendon were so lovely and couldn’t do better to make their guest happy. As we travel a lot and stayed in many others hotels around the world even more luxury then this Hotel , The Cliff Hill will stay in our memories as one of the best Hotel we ever stayed. The wiev from the room was just a heartbreaking and the bed was so comfortable. So easy to park just infront of the Hotel. In any way if you come to Isle Of Wight reserve directly here without hesitation, so easy to explore the island from this place. Thank you Deborah and Brendon for everything. If we come back to island one day we will directly reserve again and again in your lovely hotel 😊
