The property is located just a 10 minutes from the center by scouter, which was a huge plus for me because the center is quite chaotic. The room was spotless and perfectly comfortable, and you can rent scouters at a competitive price. They let me leave my luggage during my visit to the island. The staff were lovely and always ready to help. The breakfast was excellent, the coffee was very good, the service was excellent, and the laundry service was perfect. The island of Flores is truly beautiful and well worth a visit, especially the interior, which isn't at all touristy.

Jacky is a awesome host, very friendly, speaks great English and he will organize everything for you. We were able to spend as much time with the dragons/turtles/on top of the mountains as we liked without being rushed. He‘s very transparent about the costs and the prices are rather low, considering that you’ll have a private tour and boat. Added bonus: the view from the veranda and the home-cooked meals.

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean and there is a small seating area immediately outside the room on a tiled verandah where a lovely and filling breakfast is served. The aircon and mosquito net were both great. Most of all l received such a warm welcome from Tommy, his wife Chia and the grandparents who were all so friendly to me during my stay and helped me improve my Indonesian. Tommy was extremely helpful and kind - he went and got cold beer for me, gave me a few lifts, and organised a share car for me to Moni. I felt very happy and comfortable here and would come again. I stayed 3 nights in total Phone reception was good.

The bungalow was very spacious and well decorated. The terrasse was amazing and it was a really pleasant to sit and eat breakfast there. The breakfast was well served and delicious! The owner is very kind and helpful, she helped us get a scooter as well as a shared taxi to Moni. It is pretty close to beach, where you'll find a nice restaurant located on Sea World resort. It is not close to center of Maumere, but it didn't bother us at all.
