The location was perfect for me and Mike was very responsive to all my questions pre and post booking.

I have a broken leg at present and the staff went out of their way to help me, moved us to a room on the lower floor and helped with transport around the old city.

Loved the little welcoming attentions with chocolate/biscuits and the beautiful clean and parfumed smell of the bedding!!! Excellent value for money!

Excellent service, attention to details, little chocolatey presents when checking in and a surprise little sweet bag when checking out that's what I call a true hospitality! That being said, great location, 7 min walk from the tram station, as well as walking distance to the ancient city and all the sights, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, super comfortable bed, and an amazing price.
