We liked the calm place 2 minutes from the city center. (by car) it was decorated nicely and we loved the shared living room and the dining room with the view in the morning. The hosting family is very nice and made us feel welcome. We had some good nights rest and were happy to stay here after a long day of walking through Petra

We got to the guest house super early as we decided to take a taxi from the airport versus a bus. Shadi not only permitted us to check in early (we were exhausted), he also up graded our room to one with an awesome view. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was excellent. We ended up spending two full days at Petra and the night before our first day, Shadi gave us very helpful information on what to see and which trails to take on the first day, and suggested we approach the monastery from the back the second day. This was excellent advice. On two of our evenings there, the staff made a fire, and on one night he even had his brother come over and sing some Bedouin folk songs. We had a great time at the guest house and felt like part of the family.

Petra Guest House Hotel is situated at the entrance of ancient Petra. It offers air-conditioned rooms that overlook Wadi Musa’s mountains. Brilliant staff, very helpful. Clean rooms. Great coffee.

Our stay at Friends of Dana Hotel was a truly special experience for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The location is absolutely stunning, overlooking the Dana Biosphere Reserve — the view from the terrace is breathtaking, especially at sunset. The hotel is simple but clean and comfortable, offering all the basic essentials a traveler needs. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, prepared in a traditional local style, and the overall atmosphere felt warm and genuinely welcoming. The owners are kind and very helpful — they even organized a short hiking trip for us around the area, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our visit.

Our entire experience at Hartna Zaman was absolutely wonderful. The family hosting were very lovely. They went out of their way for us and we had great chats with them. The hostel was absolutely beautiful. The decoration, views, and atmosphere were authentic and stunning, and the rooms were very well cleaned. If we had the time my family and I would have stayed longer. We highly recommend this hostel to anyone considering staying in Wadi Musa or Petra. It was only a 10-15 minutes driving tk Petra visitor centre and there are a variety of places to eat nearby. 10/10 experience with Hartna Zaman!

Family home Lodge se nachází v destinaci Dana a nabízí zahradu, sdílený lounge, terasu a bar. Fantastic place! Beautiful, clean, and full of charm. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, and the food was delicious – especially the tea, which was excellent. We had a problem with our car, and we immediately received the help we needed. Highly recommended!
