Lovely interior and very spacious. Location was great and staff were extremely kind and helpful. One of the best places to stay in Japan!

The owners are welcoming and a lot of fun. Everything is neatly remodeled and comfortable after a long day of hiking. I loved the Indian style curry dinner made with local ingredients and hearty breakfast with local coffee. I'll recommend this place to many friends.

From communications prior to our arrival to meeting our host and the entire stay, we had a wonderful experience! The kitchen is large and fully stocked, they have a washer and dryer, and the rooms were exactly as listed. Our host was courteous and the staff would keep the guest house super clean. They even gave us a bottle of fresh squeezed locally farmed mandarin juice, which was delicious.

Very clean and fairly new/well maintained accomodation. I have been to several shared bath accomodations and some have the weirdest setup that don't make sense. This place just does it. Bed is comfy and pillow has just the right height. There's proper hangers in the shower room, bins at the right spots, everything just makes sense so you'll be feeling like staying in a home instead of a hostel. Friendly and very helpful staffs to ease you through your stay and travel around the area.
