I loved the friendliness and helpfulness of the host and his family. He was able to help us arrange transportation to/from the guesthouse and also the safari jeep. The location is very quiet despite being by the main road. It’s located some distance from the safari but still relatively close by. we managed to see the elephant and even a leopard! The room itself was clean and well planned, all the basic amenities were provided for us.

This young couple is welcoming and energetic to create an exceptional yet homey experience for tourists. Make sure you request dinner! Amazing food and with a tuk tuk on site it was so convenient to get a ride to the bus and our own tour!

Location was well out of the way with an amazing lake within a few minutes walk with trials to walk also bit perfect for Wilpattu national park. Food was really nice and the room had everything you could need.

Tasuta jalgrataste ja aiavaatega Wilpattu Mookalan Resort asub Habawewas, 38 km kaugusel Kumbichchan Kulama Tankist ja 39 km kaugusel Jaya Sri Maha Bodhist. We had a wonderful visit. The resort is located immediately outside the National Park, so the location is perfect. The room was comfortable and well equipped. The area is quiet and you can hear the birds and the jungle sounds (we even heard an elephant!) The resort is family run and the host, his wife and two sons were very friendly and helpful. The meals were good and (very) plentiful. We enjoyed a safari in the park with the host and there are walking paths on the lake outside the park where we saw lots of birds. Overall a great experience.

Excellent accommodation in a small family guest house, great staff , will provide everything what you need for nearby trips and activities.

Hotell VISU VILLA asub Habaranas. Kohapeal on vaatega bassein, tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja tasuta eraparkla. Basseinivaatega majutusasutus on Pidurangala kaljust 10 km ja Sigiriya kaljult 11 km kaugusel. It’s very rustic and simple. AC is very functional. There were a few hiccups, but the outstanding staff addressed everything immediately. Everything I tried on the menu was delicious. There isn’t a lot to do in Habarana, but it’s a great location to stay if you want to visit the cave temple, Sigiriya, Miniriya and Polonnaruwa. The first three are less than 30 mins away. Polonnaruwa was a fast hour.

We had a wonderful stay at Sweet Home Tourist Rest, Cooking Classes & Tours. The comfort level was top-notch — everything was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged. We were pleasantly surprised to find that our room came with its own living room, making it feel like a full apartment rather than just a guest room. For a very reasonable price, we had a completely private space to ourselves, which we really appreciated. The location is also ideal — the area is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. A special thanks to Nilukshan, who organized some truly extraordinary tours for us, including the Wilpattu safari, and visits to Anuradhapura and Mihintale. Each one was memorable and perfectly arranged, giving us deep insights into the history and beauty of the region. We also took part in a cooking class conducted by Malsha, which was another highlight of our stay. The class was hands-on, fun, and absolutely delicious — we learned a lot and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area — it’s more than just accommodation, it’s an experience!

Blooming Holiday Resort asub Anuradhapuras, vaid 4 km kaugusel Anuradhapura raudteejaamast. Kohapeal on välibassein, aed ja täispäevane valve. Easily one of the nicest accommodations we have visited in Sri Lanka. The family running it is extremely friendly and supportive! They arranged for us a guide, kept our TukTuk secured and clean, and went the extra mile to support us during the power outage. Also, definitely join them for some dinner, it’s by far some of the best food we’ve had so far!

Habaranas asuv Habarana Dulwan Guest House on 12 km kaugusel Pidurangala kaljult. Külalisi ootavad spaateenused ja tervisepaketid. Terrassiga majutusasutuses on tasuta eraparkla ja tasuta... The host was exceptional. Upali was great helpful and breakfast was good.

Amazing experience in Anhuradapura thanks to Pali and his family. They helped me with everything I needed and their recomendations have been really good. The room was super clean and comfortable. Really good option if you visit this city.
