Quiet, surrounded by rice fields, and breakfast in a beautiful garden. The room was comfortable and clean. The two members of staff were so helpful and arranged transport to the sites. Food was excellent. I thoroughly recommend!

The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful, with freshly squeezed multifruit juices that were truly incomparable! If you're ever in Sigiriya, we highly recommend this place. You'll find everything you need here – excursions, safaris, transfers, dinners – and even more.

Sanji and Madhu were excellent hosts - From the time we stepped into the property to our departure, we were treated like family guests - We had all our Breakfasts and Dinners at the property. Everything which was served was excellent, prepared to perfection. The presentation was equally good. We discussed multiple topics in our 2 days stay with Sanjee and he showed us around the property. My daughter bonded so quickly with Yasashvi ( Sanjee/Madhu's 9 yr old daughter) that she still remembers and talks about her. There is also adorable large dog ( Windy ) as a pet - Madhu and her daughter accompanied us to Cave temples ( 4 min walk to reach the temple from the property ) and explained so many details / history / traditions of Buddhism. The climb to the temple is around 300 + stairs with Medium/Moderate elevation . During the climb we took photos of beautiful forest and mountains around the area. Rooms are excellent and with top notch conditions / amenities - Madhu , Sanjee are excellent hosts. I/my family would stay here again if we are in dambulla again - Do not miss to book this property during your visit in Dambulla.

Home made sri lankan breakfast is tasty and plentiful. Host family is super nice and warm. We liked the location just few minutes walk away from the main area of Sigiriya village. There is also few restaurants (S.L. Cafe has really good food) / cafes / bars right next to the accommodation, so it's really convinient and you dont' even need to walk to the main areas of the village in the evening, If you don't feel like.
