Outside area was beautiful to relax in, location just a minute walk from the property. The real highlight was the use of the shared kitchen, which was well equipped, and there are several markets near by for fresh produce and eggs, which was a welcome change. Would definitely recommend staying at this property during your time in Trincomalee!

Nothing was too much trouble and his English, cooking skills and stories are great. He’s such an asset to the business. The room was clean and comfortable with a small fridge. It’s about a 10min walk to the beach which is very popular with Sri Lankans on the weekends. Lots of small home restaurants to eat at and small shop over the road with a beautiful family running it.

They can also arrange some activities for you, and you can do snorkeling starting from the beach 3 miin away if you have your equipment

Ubytovanie Moon Isle Beach Bungalow sa nachádza v destinácii Nilaveli niekoľko krokov od miesta Pláž Nilaveli Beach. I love the location! It's right on the beach! And during the time we were there, the beach to the left and to the right from the hotel was deserted. There are only a few rooms at the hotel and guests would leave somewhere and at times it felt like we had our own private beach just for two of us! Also having breakfast and dining there is so great, because again your doing it right on the beach, so the scenery and the sounds of waves are perfect. I live how they have us so many different traditional Sri-Lankan side dishes to our order. The bungalows are located far from the main road, so you only hear the sound of waves and nothing else. Very nice owners and staff - they helped us with luggage both during check-in and check-out and did it out of genuine hospitality, not like most places in the world where they help you with luggage and stay there wait for tips. Really great place, very romantic, I hope we'll be able to come back to Sri-Lanka again and stay at these Bungalows!

We had a good experience with Mr. Prabha, his wife as well as the staff. We were very happy with the homely food. When we visit Trincomalee, we will definitely stay there again. The tariff was very moderate for the facilities provided. The location is easily accessible from the city and the beach.
