I made the reservation accidentally not knowing they were undergoing renovations, but the owner still let me stay there. He was so kind and accommodating. He made me tea and made the room up very comfortably for me. Even though they were renovating, the place was gorgeous and very clean. I HIGHLY recommend!!! (Also there’s an adorable kitty named couscous who loves getting pets 🥰)

Bylo o nás bezvadně postaráno. Pokoj jsme měli velký, prostorný, postele byly pohodlné. Bazén byl čistý. Snídaně byla perfektní - velký výběr. Se vším jsme byli spokojení.

This is a stunningly beautiful hotel in an equally stunningly beautiful location. The exceptional design of the building conveys a relaxed ambiance that also keeps the building cool throughout the midday heat. The staff is great as is the food. The balcony is a great place to watch the sunrise and have breakfast. The surrounding area from the mountains, farms, historical sites and villages gives great opportunities for hiking around. I would highly recommend this kasbah.

Kasbah Maktob is enchanting, like staying in a comfortable museum full of Berber artifacts; one is surrounded by Amazigh culture. Also provided by wonderful host Mustapha, a sculptor and musician who will play and sing after supper on the traditional gimbri, the Moroccan bass. We stayed in the top room, the family room, spacious with an incredible view from its balcony out over the palm oasis. Kasbah Tamnougalt is my favourite in Morocco, and Kasbah Maktob sits within its ancient walls. Mustapha is also a fabulous cook, so meals were delicious. One of my favourite places to stay in Morocco -- don't miss Tamnougalt and the Agdz area. Beautiful.

Paradis Touareg se nachází v destinaci Zagora a poskytuje venkovní bazén, zahradu, sdílený lounge a terasu. Very easy to find. A very friendly host made us feel like at home. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The aircon was very strong. The grass in the hotel was fresh green and nicely taken care of. The swimming pool was a great refreshment since outside was around 45 degrees. The water in the pool was clean! We had great chicken skewers in the evening and a good Moroccan breakfast in the morning. The parking is huge and the gate is locked during the night.

It’s the perfect treat after a night or two in the desert. From the perfectly decorated pool and garden area, to the attention to detail in the bedrooms, to the fantastic food by Mohammed. What a perfect twist to a tagine! Amazing. Not to mention the starter and delicious desert. Possibly the best food we have had in Morocco so far. We loved everything about our stay! It was only for one night but honestly we think you could spend a lot more time in this gem! Will definitely visit again next time.
