Excellent location, just one block to the beach. Very nice and quiet place. It's great that there is also a kitchen, which gives you the option to prepare some food. Also, the owner was very nice, helpful and attentive. Would definitely recommend the place!

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with reliable WiFi and air conditioning, which is a must in Cozumel’s humid weather. I also appreciated the balance between social spaces and privacy, so you can engage when you want but also have your own space. Overall, a well-maintained, well-organized place that’s perfect for divers and travelers looking for a welcoming and comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend and stay here in the future.

They are really helpful. They helped us to book trips to Tikal and Belize city and also booked boats (even in odd times) to Flores. They are really nice. Property is 5 mins boat ride across Flores town. It’s in a nice garden and has amazing views of the lake.
