The host was super nice, he brought us food every morning and we did not even asked for anything. Super nice. Also he suggested his friend and neighbour as a driver on the last day. That's how we easily managed to arrive to the airport at 3 am.

Hosts Emily and Willis are wonderful — great recommendations, fun conversation, and free rides in the local area! The home stay itself is beautiful with birds and monkeys visible from the pool! Delicious free breakfast included and super cheap laundry services. Such a wonderful place… we can’t wait to return!!

Zak offers trips and tours too, and tailors them to whatever it is you want to get from your visit to this beautiful place. Very friendly, helpful, with a great heart. He provided me with all the information about where to go, what to do, and he also offered some tours in beautiful places like the Bengo Dam and the caves. The location is good, very close to the waterfront, which can be reached on foot and then by jetty (only 1 RM! Last ride: 6 pm - afterwards you either take a grab or walk about 30 min until the Darul Hana bridge). It's very safe and the people are incredibly friendly. I was stopped on the street by little children who greeted me and asked for my name! The rooms are comfortable, and the cats are lovely!
