Plus only 15 min from the ferry and Pali supermarket by foot. - Possibility to rent scooter for 18$ per day and to organize volcano tour. we liked it a lot. - Drinking water, coffee and fresh fruits from garden provided. - Amazing view from the hotel on the volcano. The location is beautiful!! Beach huts are clean, comfortable and cozy. The lake is on your doorstep with views of the volcano to your right and a great sunset bar to your left. An island paradise with lovely dogs, chickens, a cat, ducks along with a friendly and helpful owner. Scooter access is 100% okay! There is a restaurant next door but if you want to go to others it’s a close 10min drive. Look no further and stay here!

Located in Moyogalpa in the Ometepe region, Hostal tortuga viajera features a garden. Featuring a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Eric the receptionist is a legend. They did my washing for cheap and we're very helpful overall. The hostel had a good vibe too!

Located in Balgue, 12 km from Maderas Volcano, Hostal Así es mi Tierra provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a terrace. The property features garden views. Charmingly decorated property with a lot of greenery. We had a lovely private cabin with a comfortable bed and a nice shower. Lots of friendly animals on site. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Featuring a garden and views of mountain, Hostal Bullshark is a recently renovated guest house set in Cuatro Esquinas, 16 km from Maderas Volcano. We liked this hostel, it was really laid back. The lady who runs it is really nice, the kitchen had everything you needed and the room was really comfortable and clean. It was also super spacious. They have a really cool balcony with some awesome views.

Guest House Nena is a recently renovated guest house in Moyogalpa, where guests can make the most of its garden and terrace. With inner courtyard views, this accommodation offers a patio. I left two pouches with my passport, money, and everything important I was traveling with at the Guest House Nena when I departed to take a ferry back to San Jorge. I had no idea I had left them! They were under a sheet on the bed that I had inadvertently covered them with. After the people at the Guesthouse found my pouches and their valuable contents, they looked around for me, and the young lady from the Nena eventually ended up boarding ferry before we left and asked for me. Fortunately, she found me. I thanked her profusely and gave her a hug. I was extremely happy and grateful to have my stuff and to have adverted a semi-disaster. I owe that girl and the Guest House Nena in Moyogalpa….

Hostal Siero in Moyogalpa provides accommodation with a garden and a shared lounge. The property features mountain and garden views. Really cheap and well located hotel. Nice views, clean, breakfast available, nice hosts. Highly reccomend!
