New, modern and  very peaceful  guest house. The hosting family are the nicest people, very attentive and welcoming, making us feel at home. The room was of good size, spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The guest house offers an excellent atmosphere, very quiet and relaxed. Dinners were excellent, a real treat. We will certainly love to come back, anytime.

Best location for the purpose of our trip - experiencing the historical train. The room was nice and comfortable, clean and well taken care of. Also close to so many lovely restaurants and the guesthouse has a cafe too. The staff were so lovely and nice too, very accommodating. Highly recommended.

There is not much to say except that it was exceptional, the host is simply amazing, he has so much energy to share with guests, provides recommendations, bless him! The location was stunning, close drive to many restaurants, you can see the mountains from there. I am staying there again when in the valley. Loved everything, so the only thing I can say that I highly recommend this place.

We stayed in casa sousão on Quinta do monte Travesso. The house itself is very private, with a short trip through an amazing vineyard and dirt road. Once you arrive, your view is just absolutely stunning. This is a perfect house for large family or 3 couples, each room has its own ensuite. The hosts of the Quinta are very friendly and accomodating, they will fill your fridge with everything you need from eggs, milk and ham and cheese. Every morning you will receive fresh bread for breakfast. They also leave a bottle of their amazing red wine on the dining table, but make sure you also try their white wines which are very easy to drink and will have you going back for a case. I can’t praise how much we loved staying here…book it and you won’t regret it!

During our trip to the Douro Valley, we were amazed by the exceptional hospitality of the host. He welcomed us with warmth and care, showing generosity in everything – from recommendations to pleasant surprises. It was obvious he poured his heart into creating this place. The apartment itself was incredibly cozy and thoughtfully equipped: a fully stocked kitchen, a spacious living room, and many important little details. It was the perfect retreat for relaxation. We sincerely recommend this place to anyone seeking a homely atmosphere and an unforgettable experience in the Douro Valley.

Casa dos 4 Caminhos - Guest House Douro nabízí ubytování s patiem. Museu do Douro se nachází 1,2 km odtud. Wonderful guest house with all of the amenities you could ask for. Marco and Joana are friendly, helpful and accommodating hosts. We can't recommend this accommodation more for a long weekend in the Douro Valley, off-street and secure parking was another huge bonus!

Zimão Garden House se nachází v destinaci Vila Real. Natur Waterpark se nachází 30 km daleko a Vidago Palace golfové hřiště 31 km. Not enough words to describe this wonderful place. It was so good so after we left , we decided to go back and stay longer. Perfect by all means.
