The room with perfectly clean and comfortable and the property was gorgeous. The included breakfast was fantastic.

Host was really clear in the instructions and willing to help with anything we needed. The house is really spacious and clearly well taken care of. The hot tub is a nice touch. The shower was perfect. We want to mention how grateful we are for the flexibility of our host, with a special request of ours... It really helped us out when we needed it. Would recommend this place to stay at. Kitchen well equipped, coffee machine was nice, fridge was nice and big.

Set in Machico, S A L - Beach Apartments Caniçal is a recently renovated accommodation, 22 km from Santana's Traditional Houses and 30 km from Marina do Funchal. The property has mountain and garden views, and is 500 metres from Beach Pedradeira. The guest house features family rooms. Great place. New. Balcony in Room 5 was nice to sit and have a beer from the local supermarket (the coffee/pastry shop and small supermarket right past the church are great - staff speak either great English or pretty good English). We overlooked the water- nice. I posted a pic from the balcony. There was also a skylight over the bed if you like stars. Housekeeping was wonderful, and we asked Pedro (very very responsive) for extra towels on Saturday because they're off on Sunday. No problem. Fridge is nice, coffee/pods provided in room were also great, but it was nice to wander down to one of the shops after a day of hiking/sightseeing and sit and have a cup outside. Also- nice places to eat all around, O Recante was fabulous (oh, I'll remember that dessert for a long time) and we had a super nice inexpensive dinner at Muralha's Bar. I can't find any fault with the place other than what I'm sure will be a brief one as they're apparently enlarging the parking area (if they haven't finished already!).

Boasting a garden and views of garden, Profetas GuestHouse is a recently renovated guest house situated in Porto Santo, 1.1 km from Porto Santo Beach. The property has city and quiet street views, and is 4.1 km from Quinta das Palmeiras. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. It's a lovely place to stay. Each morning we had a wonderful breakfast. Our hosts catered for our every need. We would highly recommend this place.

Girao Cape is 12 km away and Santana's Traditional Houses is 43 km from the guest house. Very lovely place. Its quiet and the views over Funchal are beautiful. The towels and linen were neat and clean. Its a detached room with very optimized use of space. There is even a micro and fridge with ample utencils. Coffee and cakes are also provided in the room, that's a very nice touch.

The property features a garden, barbecue facilities and parking on-site among other facilities. With city views, this accommodation features a patio. Guests can make use of the sun terrace or the picnic area, or enjoy views of the sea and mountain.

Banda d'Alem Beach is 2.4 km from the guest house, while Santana's Traditional Houses is 17 km from the property. Cristiano Ronaldo Madeira International Airport is 4 km away. Fátima's place is really cute and feels very homey from the minute you enter. Everything was really clean and smelled great. The outside area is super lovely and has a great view of Machico, the kitchen is super large and there is loads of room to store all your food. On top of that Fátima is just the nicest person! The room is rather small but the big outside and common area make up for it.

Situated just 1.8 km from Lugar de Baixo Beach, Panoramic House provides accommodation in Quinta do Almeida with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as a shared kitchen. This property offers access to a pool table and darts. The guest house features mountain views, a sun terrace and a 24-hour front desk. Aurelia and Alberto made us truly feel at home. The house is very cozy and clean, with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. If you need anything, the hosts will go above and beyond to help you and give useful advice to get around the island. We were always looking forward to go back to our accommodation after a long day of discovering the Madeira. The hosts were so sweet that we always received a cup of coffee, tea or a cocktail any time we crossed them. The house itself is located in a very calm area, which is easily accessible by car. We will for sure come back again if we return to Madeira! Thank you

Furthermore, I was grateful having had the opportunity to use the washing machine. Ludgero has a very welcoming personality. I certainly would stay again here.
