The shower has hot water, the decoration makes you feel at home. The staff is very helpful they give you tips on what to see around and you can rent a scooter directly there. The breakfast is very nice and has plenty of different options with delicious homemade marmelade. One regret is not being able to stay more. Thank you for everything 🙏

Alex and his family welcomed us in their lovely guesthouse. The room is comfortable and spacious with indoor and outdoor seating in the garden, great ac and wifi. The beds are hard (true south east Asia style) but it's exactly how we like it, so perfect for us, and you are given two blankets to choose how warm you want to be. Shower has great water pressure and hot water, and a hairdryer and towels are provided. Alex's wife and kids will prepare and serve a lovely breakfast of eggs and toast in the lovely patio. Tea, coffee and water are always available. Truly a lovely place to stay, tucked away in a quite street 10 minutes from the center of Chiang Rai, this is truly a lovely place to stay.

The room (including the bed)was confortable and big and very clean good wi fi it was very nice the service was very kind too and things to cook and a nice balcony the only thing to make it even better would be a small biscuit to take with coffee but it was already nice to have free coffee and water.

Warin’s house is located in a small village in Wiang Kaen. It’s a cozy, quiet home built by the village, surrounded by nature, with a stunning view overlooking the Mekong River. We had a lovely night there—wish we could have stayed longer! Warin was incredibly kind and helped us arrange the slow boat to Luang Prabang, which made us feel so warm and welcomed. Highly recommended!

Baan Khunsri Guesthouse se nachází v destinaci Čiang Rai a nabízí zahradu a terasu. The location of this hotel was perfect, bus station, restaurants and shops just around the corner. Breakfast was great, bread, omelette, fruits and coffee. The staff was very warm, welcoming and always helped me. They let me even warm my takeaway pizza in their microwave. The rooms are spotless, new and clean. Would come back again!

Excellent service and attention provided by the host who designed / provided bespoke Thai breakfasts every morning. A home away from home... Host can also advise on local activities, tours, etc, and also owns the very nice next-door restaurant. Highly recommended!
