What an amazing homestay/hotel. It says it's a 1-star Hotel (on Google) but don't let that fool you, it's nicer than a lot of 3 star hotels or homestays. Here a list of just a few things that you can expect if you stay at this place: - The homestay/hotel: a beautiful colonial style building well maintained with so much to offer, from some amazing home cooked food to cooking classes. Or just enjoy a relaxing day at the pool and do some BBQ. Everything super clean, and well maintained. They have a great variety of services that they offer, some good home-cooked food, laundry, or private taxi to airport or other attraction. And you will have access to a free bicycle on your stay here. You can even rent a motorbike from them for a good price. There's no elevator but the stairs are really wide and easy to go up, not as narrow/small like in other Vietnamese homes. The room I stated had a ton of natural light, but also with thick curtains if you want it to be dark. And there's a power outlet just by the bed. My room came with a mini fridge, big plus, AC and fan and a desk to do some work. And a really nice big balcony overlooking the quiet street and the pool. And omg, the bed is so comfortable. The water pressure is really good and amazing WiFi / Internet (over 300 Mbps) all around the property. And It has video surveillance just to be on the safe side. Though it's not really needed because you're in a really safe area with a lot of friendly local people. - The hosts/owners: Super friendly couple who will do everything in that power to make your stay amazing. From recommendation what to see or where and what to eat. Easy to communicate with them via booking chat or Whatsapp. In person it's a bit more complicated, but with translation apps it's always fun to have a chat with them. - Amazing location, in a quiet area but close to a lot of amenities. Great cafes, bars and restaurant just around the corner.

Mr Hy the owner is incredibly accommodating. His staff is really sweet. Room 302 perfect partial view of the ocean, but very private.

It's a great homey hotel. Wonderful and welcoming family. Rich breakfasts. Clean and cozy room. The hotel is recently after renovation. Everything is new. But the most important thing is the attitude of the owners of the hotel to their guests. Definitely recommend the hotel. I wish all the best to the family of the hotel owners !!!

The room was clean, big beds, breakfast is cheap, big and really tasty . I highly recommend this place. You will feel like home.

Many of the other guests stay here for a long time, and we immediately got why. It feels like a home away from home. There is a functional shared kitchen, you can do your laundry for free, and there are bicycles to use. The location is great, especially on bicycle or scooter. If we're ever back in Vietnam, I'm definitely looking into this homestay again to recharge and relax.

A hidden gem in Hoi An! My stay at Sunora Villa Hoi An was truly unforgettable. The villa is tucked away in a lush, green setting that instantly makes you feel at ease. Everything was spotless, and the serene atmosphere made it the perfect escape from the bustle of the town. I especially loved to the pool—it was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. I can’t wait to come back!
