James was an engaging and generous host. He made us feel so welcome in India. The rooms are comfortable, clean and private and food was served when we wanted it. James's staff were very helpful with our bags and organising transport. We can not recommend this place more.

The apartment is very clean and equipped well (in the room kettle, tv, etc.) Bathroom is super clean and modern, with window, so fresh air always. The host is polite and ready to help with anything you need. Privacy. Easy to find. Silent. Comfy bed. Good shower. Recommended for sure.

I had a wonderful week-long stay at Bellavista. The property was beautiful, and the experience was truly memorable. A special mention to the caretaker, Apurba, who was exceptionally kind, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Also thanks a lot the owner of this stay, they accepted my request to extend the stay. I would highly recommend Bellavista to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming getaway.
