Our stay at this accommodation was simply amazing, and this was all thanks to the exceptional friendliness, helpfulness, and accessibility of the host. We made a small mistake with our booking, accidentally booking one day less than intended. However, instead of presenting us with a problem, the host handled it in the kindest and most helpful way imaginable. He was always reachable and went above and beyond what one would expect from a host. First and foremost, he displayed great understanding of our error and assured us that he would arrange an alternative accommodation for us. What's best is that he didn't just make empty promises but actually followed through. He found a new place for us that was not only as comfortable as the original one but also in an equally fantastic location. But that's not all - the host even took it upon himself to ensure the safe transportation of our luggage to the new accommodation. This kind of service and care is truly rare and sets this accommodation apart from others. The host was exceptionally friendly and caring - we forgot our clothes in the apartment and she messaged us immediately. She also enabled us self check-in. Beside all that, the house is wonderful, the shared kitchen has everything you need, we ate breakfast on the balcony. Great value for the money.
