Any was an excellent host who went out of her way to make sure we had a lovely stay. The cabin was very clean and comfortable.

If you care about your impact on the environment as a tourist, if you have young kids, if you are a dog lover, if you want a relaxed atmosphere - this is your place. The building has been constructed with attention to detail and a focus on reusing materials, rainwater is collected, local produce is cooked (by the wonderful Fernando) and from the moment you arrive, the warmth and friendliness of Victoria envelopes you. There were two families with young children staying when we were there and it was wonderful to see how relaxed they were as their kids pottered around the garden and petted the hotel dogs. This was a highlight of our 6 week trip in Chile and is highly recommended. Also, the breakfast is great!

I love the cleanliness I love the bed, oh that's the comfiest hostel bunk bed I have ever slept and I am now not being extra LMAO I love the bathroom, it's so SPACIOUS I love the environment even they have a park in the back! This is a special message for the volunteers, there are two: that one Argentine man (I am really bad at remembering name) and a spanish girl named Alba, you guys are very kind... the Argentine is very bubbly and he let me stay for some hours extension for free only for waiting for my bus. And Alba, she is a sweet Catalunya girl. We had a lot of things to chit-chat and she loves to paint. If you stay here and see the paintings of two mountains in a section behind the reservation, that's what she did. To these two people, if you read this, I wanna say, it would be a pleasure to meet you and thank you for giving me a memorable ending for my Chile trip even tho it's only one-night moment. I know both of you will move to other places, so I always wish you all the good fortunes for the upcoming journey! See you sooner or later Con cariño, @anselsuherman

Breakfast was good, with fresh fruit which is a rarity in Chile. The house is warm and the room comfortable and cosy. And there are magnificent views - we stayed here twice and loved it!
