Our stay in Fenghuang Ancient City was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, the owner made us feel so welcome, personally arranging our transfer from the train station to the property. The hospitality was incredible — he treated us to a traditional tea ceremony and even invited us to his cozy bar for some drinks and fascinating stories about the city’s history. Some more perks await you, but these are to be discovered once you get here. When our flight got canceled, he went above and beyond, helping us secure new train tickets. He also offered us a late checkout, which was super convenient. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Fenghuang itself is like stepping into another world, with its enchanting riverside views and ancient streets. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay — this place is a gem! Highly recommend to anyone visiting this beautiful city!

Zhangjiajie Twelve Warm Inn-Tianmen Mountain Ropeway Station se nachází v destinaci Čang-ťia-ťie a má bezplatné Wi-Fi, neplacené soukromé parkoviště a výhled na město. Jenny was sooo helpful and welcoming. She helped me plan my a day in Tianmen mountain and two days in Zhangjiajie. Without her I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy the parks, as I don’t speak Chinese and it’s hard to get by without the language there. She also checked in to make sure I was okay. I would recommend 100% anybody (Chinese or foreign) to stay here as on top of the service the rooms were also very clean and comfortable, spacious, etc.

The Inn is run by a lovely family (Husband, wife and 2 kids). The wife spoke excellent English and was very helpful with booking tickets to the nearby attractions, and the husband carried our heavy luggage to the 4th floor and offered cold water from the lobby fridge every day. Our 2-bedroom room was very homely and spacious with a cooling aircon. When my son's mosquito bite became infected, the hostess gave us an antibacterial cream. The homey vibe of the inn and genuine friendliness from our hosts made us feel very welcomed and taken care of. They also had a very tamed bird which was nice to interact with. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a perfect place to stay in Fenghuang - the room was spacious, clean and comfortable with super views of the ancient city. Wang and her brother were amazing - very helpful and welcoming. This is an exceptional place to stay and except for having to move on to get flights, I would have stayed longer. Note there are a lot of steps and the accommodation is up an inclined street, but Wang and her brother helped superbly with our luggage. 10/10.

Really nice apartment with great view. The owner was more than helpful- provided lots of useful tips, drove us from the airport and made a great effort to ensure we had pleasant stay. Also, the breakfast was really nice and tasty :)

The host was really friendly and helpfull. Very clean and comfy rooms. Coffee and breakfast in the morning. Shops with fruits and restaurants not far. We had a great time at Easy House and would recommend it when you want to spend some time in this beautiful part of China !! Thanks Rebecca !!

Riverside Peak Lodge Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan National Park se nachází v destinaci Čang-ťia-ťie a nabízí sdílený lounge, terasu a bar. Národní park Čang-ťia-ťie je 20 km daleko. Hotel staffs and the boss were super friendly. Easy to communicate. They helped us to go on tours for booking tickets as well as guiding us all the time.

The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. Rebecca, the hostess, is very knowledgeable and helpful. She spent a lot of extra time to help customers, like driving us to bus stations, delivering luggages, etc.
