The prestigious Almorah Hotel was built around 1841 and is a listed building of great importance. It is situated in an elevated position above the town of St Helier with magnificent views over the town and its interesting harbour filled with a mixture of fishing boats and private yachts. Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was perfect - plentiful and always served with a smile. Our room was spotless and very tastefully decorated. The owners are obviously passionate about keeping extremely high standards across the board.

The bedrooms at De L'Etang all have an en suite bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. They also feature a flat-screen TV and some of them have sea views. Really enjoyed De L'tang and would stay there again. Staff friendly and the food absolutely delicious. Shower cubicle tight but does the job. View priceless. Highly recommend.
